How to clean shower door build up.
Just as i did with the shower door tracks i applied the paste to the door and let it sit.
Mix up equal amounts of salt and baking soda then use a damp sponge to rub this mixture over the glass shower door.
Sprinkle vinegar on your glass shower door leave for a few minutes.
Carefully fill the track with distilled white vinegar and let sit overnight.
Leave the cleaner on the door for three to five minutes.
Pour the solution into a spray bottle and spray it on the front and back of the doors.
Rinse afterwards with water.
Wrap paper towels around the brush to get into tight corners.
Wipe the solution from the door with a dry microfiber cloth.
Spray the entire door with a light coating of wd 40.
Use an old toothbrush to scrub stains and loosen debris.
Spray glass door and close to allow the solution to set and drip back into the shower.
I also used the baking soda paste to remove the grime and build up that was still left on the metal edges of the shower doors.
Allow it to set undisturbed for several minutes.
How to clean soap scum with vinegar in a spray bottle mix 1 part white vinegar with 1 part grease fighting dish soap.
I poured some into a spray bottle and sprayed the vinegar at the top of the build up and let it run down the grime.
Put on a pair of rubber gloves to protect your hands.
Use a cloth to scrub the surface by hand after about 20 30 minutes and completely dry it.
Mix the ammonia and water together in your spray bottle.
Allow the water to cool until it is very hot but no longer bubbling.
Apply the solution to your shower doors.
In the morning use paper towels to soak up much of the vinegar.
Open the shower door.
